Rotten Luck Fermentation Club Special - Cheese-making Demonstration

Come along for a 2 hour cheese-making demonstration and tasting session! 

Local enthusiast Erin will guide us through the process and share her love for all things cheese. 

You'll be shown how to making a fresh batch of cheese during the session (probably halloumi and maybe also paneer), and everyone can take some home. 

We will also have a tasting session of different types of cheeses for everyone to sample. 

Bring any questions you have and you'll be able to look at the range of equipment used too. Will have tips and tricks for setting up at home, including sourcing the right type of milk and getting your hands on some rennet.
