Lantern Making Workshop
Come along to Pukerua Bay RSA and make your own paper lantern to celebrate Matariki.
Event details: 2-5pm 20th June, 2025 at the RSA Wairaka Road, Pukerua Bay
We'll guide you through designing and constructing your own lantern to take home and light your way into the new year at Pukerua Bay's Matariki Celebration 2025 on 28th June.
Bring some design ideas for silhouette shapes, or use one of our templates that are suitable for a range of skillsets and ages.
All supplies will be provided, including an LED tea light (although please bring a craft knife and cutting mat if you have one).
Kids welcome to join, however must be supervised by parent or caregiver.
