In this session we will taste some fermented hot sauces and set up some chilies to lacto-ferment so we can make our own. We will also try some fermented porridge, Sowans (Súghan in Irish) a gut friendly fermented breakfast option.
Please bring a bowl, a spoon, and a spare largish glass jar.
