At each workshop, we will share our favourite fermentation books so we can chat, share ideas, and dream up ways to ferment whatever is abundant in our kitchens (feijoa fizz, anyone?). Bring your questions, your extra produce, and your love of all things funky. Can’t wait to see you there!
