Join Denise Uschman from Ti Kouka Yoga for a chair yoga session.
It's an accessible practice for individuals with limited mobility, injuries, or those seeking a gentler approach to yoga.
Those who struggle with sitting/kneeling on the floor, seniors, people with injuries (hip/knees/legs/feet) and people who would like to have more support and stability will benefit from this practice.
The session may not be fully accessible for wheelchair chair users, although they are welcome (they might not be able to do all poses - which is totally fine!). No need to bring anything.
Note: St Marks is single level access if you arrive by car. It has wide doorways and an accessible toilet, but there is a gravel surface in the carpark. Pedestrian access is by a sloping pathway or road pavement into the gravel carpark.
Koha appreciated.
